When our salon couch failed (ram motor failed) Paul and the team were superb - diagnosing the problem and supplying a replacement motor within a couple of day with all details on how to fit the motor. Fantastic service from the moment I contacted to enquire about a podiatry couch, to delivery from Spain and aftercare. Nothing was too much trouble.
